In order to provide the most personalised experience possible, we kindly request that you provide us with the full name of your golf club. This will allow us to display the name of your club on the app, which will in turn allow your caddies to easily connect to the correct club.
Many golf clubs have multiple courses available. To simplify things, we need the names of each course. These courses will be displayed on the the scheduler, and as caddiemaster, you will be able to schedule caddies accordingly.
Your caddiemaster will have their own unique view of our product. From there, they will be able to arrange and manage their caddie program. We will require you to provide any email address that will be involved in the role.
At Handicaddie, we pride ourselves on delivering the best possible customer service. Therefore, hearing from our customers is vital. We welcome feedback on features and technical issues. We suggest that the caddiemaster and anyone running the programme be included in a WhatsApp group with us so that communication is seamless.
To quickly onboard all your caddies to the Handicaddie system and allow them to update their availability, we need a list of their email addresses. Please add the email addresses to a document and upload it to the provided form. We recommend using Google Sheets or Google Docs for this task. If you cant provide all the email address then simply inform your caddies to download the “Handicaddie: Caddie Companion” app via the App Store or Google Play Store and follow the sign up instructions. You as a caddiemaster will then have to accept them into your programme
To ensure that Handicaddie works optimally, we require some information regarding your timesheet. This information includes the start and end times of your timesheet, as well as the time intervals between each tee time. This is done so that Handicaddie can mirror exactly what you see on your timesheet.
This is the length of time your caddie will be unavailable once they are booked. The time should correspond to the pace of play on your course, plus an additional rest period for your caddie. This will help will to keep your caddie program running smoothly.
