Getting Onboarded

Our onboarding process is very simple and will take only short period of time to complete:

  1. Firstly please read all the educational documents that have been provided so that you and your team have a better understanding of how Handicaddie works. We have also created a resources section to help with this called ‘Handicaddie Member’s Help.’ Once there navigate to ‘Our Product’ section to learn more about the platform and how to use it.

  2. To make things easier, we will require you to gather some information regarding how your golf club operates. All the information that we require is listed below under ‘Onboarding Information.’

  3. Once you have collected all the necessary information, please complete the short form below with the relevant details. This information will be sent to us allowing us to get the platform setup for you.

  4. Now, its time to inform your caddies to download our caddie app. Below is a set of instruction that you can copy send out to your caddie programme. We can take care of this if you wish providing you have gave us a list of caddie emails and names in the form previously.

    Hi all,

    I hope you're all keeping well! We are thrilled to be working with you and your golf club this season.

    To access your profile and start getting your first jobs through the app :

    1. Download ‘Handicaddie’ on the App Store - This is available both in the IOS and Android store. It is called ‘Handicaddie: Caddie Companion.’
    2. Register your account - Once you have downloaded the app, open it and follow our simple registration process.
    3. Set your availability - Select on the calendar the days you can work, then press update availability. You will not be able to set availability until your caddiemaster has approved your account.
    4. View upcoming jobs, this will appear on your home screen. This is where you will be able to accept jobs that you have been selected for.

  5. Once you have signed our agreement and paid your deposit then your caddiemaster account will be activated. For more information regarding this part please contact our Founder Graham using [email protected] . Once your account has been acitvated you will be all set to start accepting caddies into your programme and scheduling jobs. Here is a quick reminder of how to use our platform:

  6. During this time period we will monitor how you are getting on and address any concerns you may have.
